Manaslu Circuit Trek – 11 Days of Remote Adventure and Himalayan Majesty

The Manaslu Circuit Trek is one of Nepal’s most spectacular and off-the-beaten-path trekking adventures, encircling Mount Manaslu (8,163 m) — the world’s eighth-highest peak.
This 11-day trek offers an unforgettable blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and high-altitude challenge. Walking through lush subtropical forests, remote mountain villages, Buddhist monasteries, and across the breathtaking Larkya La Pass (5,160 m), trekkers experience both serenity and thrill.

Unlike the busier Annapurna or Everest trails, the Manaslu region preserves its untouched wilderness and authentic Tibetan-influenced culture. Villages such as Soti Khola, Namrung, Lho, and Samagaun showcase traditional lifestyles shaped by centuries of isolation, while panoramic views of Manaslu, Himalchuli, Ngadi Chuli, and Ganesh Himal dominate the skyline.

If you’re seeking a moderately challenging trek with fewer crowds and pure Himalayan beauty, this is one of Nepal’s most rewarding journeys.
